How do I care for my LookByLuke clothes? You'll find specific washing instructions on the label of each garment. In general, we recommend washing clothes at a low temperature, inside out, and avoiding the dryer to preserve quality and fit.
Ordering & Shipping
How do I place an order? You can easily place an order on our website. Choose the items you want, select the correct size, and add them to your shopping cart. Then, follow the steps to check out. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed.
What are the shipping costs and delivery times? Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination. The estimated delivery time is 1-4 business days after shipping. Once your package is on its way, you'll receive a tracking number.
Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by country and are calculated in your shopping cart.
Returns & Exchanges
What is the return period? At LookByLuke, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return it.
How do I start a return? Before returning an item, we kindly ask you to contact us at info@lookbyluke.com. Please include your order number and the reason for the return in your email. Once we receive your email, we'll send you the necessary instructions and the return address.
What are the conditions for returns?

Items must be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed.

All original tags and price tags must still be attached to the product.

The return must be sent in the original packaging.
When will I get my refund? You are responsible for the cost of the return shipment. We do not charge a restocking fee. Once we have received and inspected the returned items in good condition, we will refund the full purchase amount to the account used for the original purchase within 5-10 business days.
Can I exchange an item? At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
Exceptions: Items marked as 'final sale' cannot be returned.
